Brad Danvers was one of the founding members of the Rivet City Council, acting as the Security representative.

He might possibly be the father of Lana Danvers, member of Rivet City Security at the time of Fallout 3 , or at least related.

Brad Danvers does not appear in any game and is only mentioned in the Rivet City Council Minutes, April 25, 2239 in Fallout 3. This note can be obtained from Horace Pinkerton as part of the Wasteland Survival Guide quest.
