History

Boka was a beautiful female gorilla living in Gorilla City. She was engaged to marry Solovar, but she caught the eye of Gorilla Grodd, who had just returned home after being released from prison. Determined to win her affection, Grodd developed a machine that caused his body to emanate neo-magnetic radiation. He appeared during Bopa and Solovar's wedding procession, but as soon as she saw him, she was immediately smitten. They were married, and Grodd was declared king of Gorilla City. However, he soon left for Central City with larger plans, and was defeated by the Flash.^[1]
