Blind II is a Merit ability found in Final Fantasy XI. As such, it can only be learnt by players who have reached level 75, specifically those who are playing as Red Mages. The spell is an upgraded version of Blind and lowers an enemy's Accuracy. It may be recast every 20 seconds for 31 MP. Further Merit upgrades will increase the effectiveness and accuracy of the ability.
