Bio II is an enhanced version of the original Bio spell found in Final Fantasy XI. It affects one enemy at a time, dealing Dark damage by weakening and draining their HP at the same time. Bio II takes precedence over Dia and Dia II, but can be dispelled by Dia III. The scroll which teaches Bio II obtained in the Auction House.
