Personal History of Bill Jaaska is unknown.
Jaaska is best known for his work on DC Comic's New Titans following Tom Grummett.[1] During his run as artist on the series he also wrote two issues in 1994.
Jaaska also worked with Peter David during David's run on The Incredible Hulk. David commented on Hulk #380:
"Bill Jaaska’s art was so effective that, by the time we got to the electrocution sequence, I had become so fond of the character that I was sorry she was going to die."[2]
