Much of the Eugenics Wars took place during Clinton's first term as President. On January 10, 1996, Khan's base in Chandigahr was attacked and destroyed on the orders of President Clinton. But Khan and over eighty of his followers had already escaped on the Botany Bay by this time with the assistance of Gary Seven and Roberta Lincoln - who had set the ship on a course to a habitable planet 100 light years away from Earth. (TOS novel: The Eugenics Wars: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2).
In one timeline, Clinton surrendered the United States of America to Khan Noonien Singh (per an article in the newspaper USA Today). (ST roleplay module: All Our Yesterdays: The Time Travel Sourcebook)

William Jefferson Clinton (born William Jefferson Blythe III on August 19, 1946) was the forty-second President of the United States, serving from 1993 to 2001. He and his wife Hilary Rodham Clinton attended the funeral service for Superman just after he was elected to be President.
Clinton was the prime target in an assassination plot perpetuated by the mysterious Crimelord of Zandia. One of his agents had murdered and replaced one of Clinton's top advisors, Senator Williams. The faux Williams accompanied Clinton on his morning jog around the National Mall armed with a suicide bomb. Deathstroke the Terminator learned of the assassination plot and shot Williams, thus saving the President. Unfortunately for Deathstroke, the general public was unaware of the Williams duplicate and Deathstroke was framed for attempting to kill the President. [1]
Gotham City had suffered the results of a magnitude 7.6 earthquake in an event commonly referred to as the "Cataclysm". With hopes for rehabilitating the broken city, the United States government declared it a No Man's Land, which effectively quarantined the entire island city. Bridges were destroyed, and any other means of entering or leaving was guarded by the U.S. Army.

Bill Clinton (b. 1946) was the 42nd President of the United States of America, from 1993 to 2001.
On January 19th, 1993, as part of Clinton's first Presidental Inauguration festivities, the Disney Channel put together an "Inaugural Celebration for Children" concert at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. The concert was hosted by Markie Post, and included performances by Mr. Rogers, the Adventures in Wonderland cast, and the Muppets.
Kermit, Gonzo, and Rizzo appeared in four sketches during the hour-long concert. In the sketches, Kermit introduced Gonzo and Rizzo's "Presidential Information Moments," pre-taped segments of the pair trying to educate children about the Presidents. In one segment, Gonzo reported that Theodore Roosevelt was over 150 feet tall. ("The earth shook with his mighty footsteps! He had to comb his hair with an entire pine tree!") In another, he and Rizzo spent the entire segment complaining about their accommodations.
At the end of the concert, kids' musician Raffi played "This Little Light of Mine", inviting all of the performers to join Bill and Hillary Clinton onstage. Steve Whitmire and Dave Goelz came on with Kermit and Gonzo, and Whitmire crouched down behind the Clintons, perching Kermit up on Hillary's shoulder as they sang. The camera held for a minute or so on this scene, and an AP photo of Kermit on Hillary's shoulder appeared on front pages around the nation.
On December 01, 2006, Bill Clinton was featured in a UNICEF public service announcement about HIV and AIDS along side Kami, an HIV-positive character from Takalani Sesame.(YouTube)
Clinton was parodied on an episode of Muppets Tonight as a member of Billy Crystal's celebrity jazz band.
During the 1996 presidential race, Clinton campaigners distributed buttons that featured the Sesame Street Muppets and a Muppet-ized Bill. The buttons told people how a vote for Clinton/Gore was a vote to save public television and the Muppets’ job.
Bill Clinton is a former NASCAR driver from San Fernando, CA. He competed in six Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
Clinton's debut came in 1961, when he competed at Riverside. Starting 19th in the field, Clinton lost his radiator just thirty-nine laps in and finished last (27th). He did manage to recover to a career-best 11th place run at Los Angeles before ending the year by crashing to 30th at Sacramento.
Clinton's next two starts came in 1963, when he finished a career-best 76th in points. Clinton struggled quite a bit again at Riverside, starting last (44th) and falling many laps down to finish 34th. He improved quite a bit when he returned to the track in November, finishing 14th.
Lastly, Clinton competed at Riverside in early 1964. This time, Clinton just had a nice, solid midpack run. Starting 35th, Clinton fell thirty-five laps down but still drove to a 22nd place finish.
