Biff is a construction worker on Sesame Street who speaks with a gruff New York accent. His partner is Sully. Biff first appeared in Season 4 [citation needed]), and made periodic appearances through Season 25. He is married to a woman named Ethel. [1]
Biff often asks for Sully's opinion, but interrupts him before Sully gets a chance to even make a sound. He also tends to ask him questions and then eggs Sully on by repeating, "Huh? Huh? Huh?", a reference to a routine by comedy duo Burns and Schreiber. As performer Jerry Nelson said in an interview, "Sully wasn't so much Schreiber, but Biff was the Jack Burns character."[2]Biff often has trouble figuring out how to perform various tasks, and by the time he's figured it out, Sully has already finished it.
Biff has a niece named Roxy Marie. According to a 1989 episode, he also has four kids, one of whom is the infant Mary-Biff.
He has sung songs such as "We Coulda", "Think of Your Fingers", "This Song is For the Birds", and appeared in "Do De Rubber Duck". He also appeared with Judy Collins in the song "One Thing Leads to Another", and with Johnny Cash in "Five Feet High and Rising".
Two construction-worker Anything Muppets who looked similar to Biff and Sully made background appearances in the "Outrageous Makeover: Home Addition" sketch. (First: Episode 4132)
The duo made a non-speaking cameo in Episode 4204.

Closely resembling a Kenworth T800, the Biff is a conventional cab truck used in construction and industries commonly encountered in industrial districts in the game. The Biff is available in different configurations in flat-bed form, or two different types of dump truck, with some being filled with gravel.

Due to its size, the Biff is slow due to its weight, but is more than capable of ramming traffic without sustaining too much damage itself. Its size is exploited during Derrick McReary's "Tunnel of Death" mission, when two such trucks are used to block a section of the Booth Tunnel from both sides.

Biff was to be a playable character in Racer Revenge, a podracing videogame released February 12, 2002. However, he was eventually deleted due to his small stature and size. References to this character can still found in the coding. In the garage, there is a small blue engine next to the player's podracer, This engine, according to the producer in an interview, is actually Biff's engine. Also, the producer felt that he did not want to introduce "[a] real-life species from earth" into the Star Wars games. Biff, however, still exists in the Expanded Universe.
