Beam is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. Beam and its variations are typically attacks exclusive to mechanical enemies, though this is not always the case.

Particle Beam is the signature attack of the Cloud of Darkness. It does massive non-elemental damage to the entire party.
Beam is a weaker version of Laser. It does damage equal to 10% of the target's max HP. It is used by Dr. Lugae and Beam Cannon.
Saintly Beam does Holy-elemental damage to the entire party, and is used by Phantom Train and Holy Dragon.
Fire Beam, Ice Beam, and Bolt Beam are also attacks usable under the Magitek skillset. However, they cannot be used by enemies.
The Proud Clod uses Beam Cannon, which does non-elemental damage to all party members. Beam Gun is used by Grunt and Special Combatant, and is a simple standard physical attack.
Emerald Beam is an attack exclusive to Emerald Weapon, and does damage to the party equal to the party's HP times 21/32. Frozen Beam is used by the Malboro and does Ice-elemental damage to a single target. Harrier Beam is a standard attack used by Senior Grunt. Support Beam inflicts Slow, and is used by Shadow Maker. Ultimate Weapon uses Ultima Beam as its signature attack, which does massive non-elemental damage to the entire party.
Energy Beam is used by the Black Widow series of enemies and Omega Bud, and is a powerful laser attack. Laser Beam is an attack exclusive to Arachnero, and is also a strong laser attack.
BGH251F2 uses Beam Cannon, which does non-elemental damage to the party. Elastoid has two variations, Beam Laser and Reflect Beam. Beam Laser hits a single target for non-elemental damage, while Reflect Beam hits the entire party.
Braska's Final Aeon uses Jecht Beam, which does non-elemental damage and can inflict Petrify. The Crawler uses Mana Beam, which does non-elemental damage to the party.
Machina Panzer uses Sorcery Beam, which does non-elemental damage to the party. Vegnagun's tail uses Tail Beam, which does damage equal to 5/16th of the target's maximum HP.
Ahriman uses Beam, which lowers the target's Magic power.
Beam is used by Jinn and Iflyte, and does Lightning-elemental damage to a single target. The similar Thunder Beam also does Lightning-elemental damage. It is used by Beholder, Dullahan, Ooze, and Thanatos.
