History

An aquatic being of unknown origin, he served as a double agent between both the Meta Milita and the Extremists. It is unknown exactly which side he was betraying (though it was likely the Meta Militia). He was killed by Jason Todd as proof of his siding with Monarch's Army.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

Barracuda's powers are unknown, but given his codename he presumably had the ability to survive underwater. He also displayed the baility to switch between two forms: one appparently human(but with green skin, no hair and pointed ears), and one far more roughly humanoid, similar to the Murlocs of Azeroth (but without the spinal frills)
