Bar-Status refers to a group of White Magic spells found in Final Fantasy XI. White mages have access to the stronger versions, which target multiple party members, whilst Red mages may only cast the weaker, single target versions. They are linked by the prefix "Bar-" at the start of each spell's name, and also by their shared effect of decreasing the duration of time party members are afflicted by negative status effects.
