The Bajor sector was a region of space in the Alpha Quadrant which included the planet Bajor, the Bajoran wormhole, and Federation Starbase Deep Space Nine It contained more than twelve "major" star systems (Bajor-B'Hava'el system is the most well known). The Bajor sector borders the Almatha sector, which is part of the Cardassian Union. (DS9 novel: Warpath)

The Bajor sector or Bajoran sector was a sector in the Alpha Quadrant containing and named after the Bajor system.

S'Varan served on a freighter that started to run munitions for the Cardassian as they prepared for hostilities in the sector. (Siencia Colony)

In 2371, the USS Sutherland overcame an alien entity that was preying on shipping in the sector. (Star Trek: Sutherland)

In 2372, the USS Swiftfire was assigned to the sector following the Klingon attack on Deep Space 9. (Star Trek: Swiftfire: "The Darkness Within")

In the mirror universe, the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance held their sector headquarters on Terok Nor until the space station was captured by the Terran rebellion. (DS9: "Crossover", "Shattered Mirror")

In an alternate mirror universe, the Maquis had a cell operating in the Bajor sector run by Kira Nerys. (Star Trek: Daedalus: "A Burning House")
