BBCR serves as a prefix for BBC Radio Dramas, both original productions of the BBC and those produced by Big Finish Productions.

BBC Radio original works have the prefix BBCR. Those produced with Big Finish have the prefix BBC/BFA.

BBCR also refers to Doctor Who stories produced specifically for audio by BBC Audio.

Examples

• BBCR: Slipback. A story produced solely by and for BBC Radio.

• BFA: Storm Warning. A Big Finish story aired by BBC Radio at a later date.

• BFA/BBCR: Horror of Glam Rock. A story produced in collaboration with BBC Radio and Big Finish Productions, which aired first on BBC Radio.

• BBCR: Pest Control. A story created specifically for BBC Audio.
