The Astral altar teleport is a type of Magic teleport tablet which allows you to travel directly outside the Astral altar. It is purchasable by exchanging points earned through the Minigame The Great Orb Project with Wizard Elriss. A player can only use the teletab after the completion of Lunar Diplomacy while holding/wearing a Seal of passage, otherwise you will receive a message saying 'You must have a seal of passage to visit Lunar Isle.'. Many players find this tablet useful because it is the only direct teleport to Lunar Isle that is not in the Lunar spellbook.
