Notes

  • Only skills that normally recharge with time are recharged with Assassin's Promise. It will not recharge one-shot skills such as Resurrection Signet and Celestial skills.
  • This skill will also recharge itself, if conditions are met.
  • This skill is reasonably useful in PvE, as the many monsters dying will allow you to use Assassin's Promise repeatedly, giving you lots of energy and recharging your slow recharging skills, like Meteor Shower. Tameable animals also make for great targets in between battles.
  • If two or more people cast this on one target and the target dies in time, all benefit from the hex.
