Arthur is a bird on Sesame Street (Japan), the Japanese co-production of Sesame Street. He is Pierre's best friend and together form a comedy duo in the traditional Japanese comedy form called “manzai.”

He is similar in design to Little Bird.

Arthur's puppet design is the same as that of the Alarm Clock Bird, and a bird in Sesame Beginnings "Exploring Together".

His most recent appearance after the Japanese Sesame Street was in the show's original American counterpart. He was seen in a tree by Hooper's Store in Episode 4181, as one of the Mine-itis victims.

Arthur is a character in Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961. Arthur pays protection money to Jack Parkinson, with the protagonist sent to collect the money. Arthur, however, is reluctant to pay so the protagonist blows up a car to scare Arthur into paying.

Arthur was a man that Sawyer and Cassidy conned into buying phony jewelry for more money than they were worth. Arthur is wearing the sunglasses, and the other man also conned in the same scene was Peter. The jewelry was marked at $1299 and $1399, and Sawyer offered them for $100 each. ("The Long Con")

R2-R4, better known as "Arthur," was an R2 astromech programmed by Morgan leFey to believe he was a knight. He spread this unusual programming to other droids, including Sqwerms. Odogoth discovered Arthur when he went on a quest to explore Sqwerms's past. Sqwerms considered Arthur his king and pledged loyalty to him.
