History

Armando was the leader of a street gang in Detroit, but gave it up on the death of his brother Paco, who had been a member of the Justice League of America as the hero Vibe. He shared his brother's metahuman power of manipulating sound waves and became a hero himself, joining the corporate-sponsored hero team the Conglomerate, first as Reverb and later as Hardline. Armando was determined to honour his brother's memory.

Powers

Sonic shock waves: possesses the ability to project shock waves from his hands that can shatter dense solid objects including concrete and most metals.

Strength level

Average: Hardline possesses the strength level of a man his age, size and weight who engages in moderate regular exercise.
