History

Archie Tipple, a London-based artist, was as anti-establishment as they come, with a grudge against the government and just about every authority figure imaginable. He obtained a wand belonging to the Royal Flush Gang and used it to go on a surreal rampage through London, transforming major landmarks into bizarre works of art. He was engaged in battle by Batman and the members of Justice League Europe, who defeat him by causing him to lose confidence in his artistic prowess. Tipple was taken into custody and has not been heard from since.
