Get 3 players to block it into a corner and heal with small health potions, while attacking it on defensive fighting with melee. Get 1 more person with a high distance skill to shoot arrows or throw spears on offensive fighting, for the most effective and easy way to kill it. To solo the boss a fast player can run to the small north room to lure the boss inside. After that place two boxes or honey flowers to keep the minotaurs out and only fight Apprentice Sheng and 2 hyaenas (1 to 2 backpacks of small health potions is best to keep yourself from dieing). Another way is using poison arrows to lower defense, and finally spear to kill the boss.
