Antwerp was the site of an interplanetary summit in 2372 which was bombed by a Changeling infiltrator, killing twenty-seven. (DS9 episode: "Homefront") Among those investigating this bombing were Lieutenant Padraig Daniels. (TNG eBook: Slings and Arrows: The Oppressor's Wrong)
