Anne Palmer (born 2219), the daughter of Lucy Palmer and the mother of Jonas Palmer^[1].

Background

Anne was team leader of a scouting party that left the Vault to explore the outside world sometime during February 2241. After completing the survey, Anne records her team's findings in a report to the Vault Overseer. Her fate is unknown.
