From Teletraan I: The Transformers Wiki

Angela is a pink Sparkbot and servant of Unicron in the Kiss Players portion of the Generation One continuity family.
Angela, meet Rachel. Rachel, Angela.

Angela is one of the three Sparkbots, secret agents of Unicron, though she professes to work for Primus. She can fly, communicate telepathically and transport others through time when activated by a kiss. She has "linked" herself to Marissa Faireborn.

Angela transforms from a pink flying glowing sphere into a pink flying robotic lion. She is pink. PINK!!!

Kiss Players Position

In the year 2007, Angela, Star Dust and Zangetsu suddenly appeared in the sky above the "Kiss Players" singing group at the Brave Maximus Fortress concert of their world tour. The Sparkbots introduced themselves to the performers telepathically and insisted that the three humans in the group kiss them.

When Atari Hitotonari, Shao-Shao Li and Marissa Faireborn complied, the entire fortress was engulfed by a bright light and transported back to the Sherman Dam in the year 1985 to witness the battle between Optimus Prime and Megatron.

Marissa kissed Angela, who transformed into her lion mode. The two flew to Prime, who was unable to see the time travelers. Angela directed Marissa to kiss the Autobot commander, gaining them a fragment of the Allspark.

"Lookit, Daddy, I drew it myself!"
Angela and her fellow Sparkbots continued to guide the Kiss Players from one point in time and space to the next, collecting an Allspark fragment from a famous Autobot or Maximal leader at each stop. After a particularly narrow escape on the planet Quintessa, the girls decided to decorate their "partner" Sparkbots; Marissa drew a pretty heart with legs and upside-down wings on Angela, apparently in permanent marker. This says a lot more about Marissa than Angela.

(Note: It also says something about Lyrian, who actually designed the artwork.)

Following a brief shunt into the universe of the Unicron Trilogy, the Kiss Players came face to face with the Transformer god, Primus...and the Sparkbots' true allegiance to Unicron was revealed. Having tricked the girls into assembling the chaos god's Angolmois energy rather than the "Allspark," the Sparkbots fled back in time to Earth's prehistoric past and resurrected their master.

Defeated by Primus' might, Unicron was again reduced to Angolmois energy and, together with Angela and the other Sparkbots, locked away within the planet with Fortress Maximus assigned to watch over them for eternity. Or at least until 2007.

Kiss Players

  • Kiss Players Sparkbot x3 (Multi-pack, 2007)
Gender ambiguity and Kiss Play is NOT a great combination
Available only in the Sparkbot three-pack with her teammates Star Dust and Zangetsu, Angela is a shock-pink redeco of the Eggleo/Dark Eggleo mold, transforming from a sphere into a robotic lion. She has a keychain attached to her spine.
The Sparkbots set was only available at the Japanese "Toy Festival 2007" in March, and is the final release in the Kiss Players toy line. The set also came with a new CD.

  • Angela's name, pink color scheme and individual symbol were created by Lyrian, who also portrays her voice in the "Kiss Players" radio drama series.
  • Lyrian also designed/named Rosanna, if you couldn't guess by the naming convention. Lyrian grew up in Italy, and apparently has a thing for using Italian names, regardless of whether or not they sound Transformery.
  • Despite having a mane in lion mode, Angela is presumably female.
  • God dammit, Lyrian.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's

Seiyū (Japanese)
Voice actor(s) (English)

Angela Rains is a reporter for Daily Duel and rival to Carly Carmine. Her surname is not given in the Japanese version. She tends to be much more successful than and disrespectful towards Carly. In the English version she attended the same high school as Carly.[1]

Dark Signers

Angela unsuccessfully tries to interview Yusei Fudo after the Fortune Cup, calling him "Fusei Yudo" in the English version which causes Carly try to correct her.[1]

With Carly held for questioning by Sector Security after Yusei and Dick Pitt's Duel, Angela posts an article about the Fortune Cup title Duel without any comments from Yusei. [2]

During the event made to promote the premiering of "Atlas Rising" she publicly questions Goodwin about the fact that Jack is from Satellite, just like Yusei. [3]

Angela is seen reporting on the destruction of the city surrounding the Arcadia Movement building, after it was attacked by two Earthbound Immortals.[4]

Angela tries to report at the scene of of an angry crowd demanding answers from Sector Security. The mob takes over her spot in front of the camera crew in order to shout at Goodwin. Goodwin phones her and requests that she calm down the crowd. Angela points how exceedingly difficult that is, but Goodwin reminds her he has done favors for her in similar situations and is counting on her.[5]

Days after while the Signers war against the Dark Signers is raging on, Angela is seen reporting once again. As she states through the news that a Martial Law has been initiated on the city, as a response to the unaccounted disappearance of City residents due to Misty's Earthbound Immortal. Because of that law not a single citizen is seen on New Domino's main street.

Also she reports that it has been several days since the geoglyphs incident, and there still no comments from Sector Security about the subject.

Angela is present during the Duel where Yusei Fudo, Jack Atlas, and Crow Hogan face Rex Goodwin, covering the event intensely. She is the last of the reporters to be absorbed when Rex Summons "Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca." As with all people who get absorbed up to summon an Earthbound, she was returned to normal upon Rex's downfall.

World Riding Grand Prix

Angela reappears on this season. As she informs to the public about Jack being a suspect for the incidents that have ocurred to Turbo Duelists.

From Wikianswers

We got a bug in the shape of a user.

Hi Angela. I saw some very common Twilight questions and I saw some of the answers someone has been putting in and I have to say that it's a bit irritating. The user is Doritori101 and she is answering questions using "DUHH" and saying "idk" "read the books you oxymoron." I've reverted some of her answers and left her a tip on her talk page about it. You should probably check her out though. --AbigailAbernathy 17:42, February 1, 2010 (UTC)

Wikianswers and COPPA?

Hello Angela, I was wondering what are the rules about Wikia and usage of our services to users under the age of 13? So far I am not quite sure what to do about questions, articles and such made (or answered) by a user that may appear to be (or might be) under the age of 13. Is there a Wikia rule about that? I looked but only found this. I'm asking because of this and I want to make sure I am completely right before I spread the wrong word. --Molokaicreeper 00:53, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Wikia's Terms of Use disallow people under 13 from editing the site or from making an account. If you're not sure what age someone is, then you could still block them based on whether their edits are suitable here or not. Angela@Wikia (talk) 04:52, February 6, 2010 (UTC)
Great, thanks! At this point do you think we have enough information to believe that this unregistered user might be under 13 years of age? I see a pattern there of fairy tale questions, but I can't definitely tell. If so, I will go on and block him/her. Thank you! --Molokaicreeper 05:43, February 6, 2010 (UTC)
Unless they've said they're a certain age, there's really no way of telling. I'd suggest blocking (or not) on the basis of their edits not of their probable age if you don't know it. Angela@Wikia (talk) 23:11, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

--Eloisy 01:14, February 9, 2010 (UTC) I'm currently 14 and an avid fan of the twilight saga and I've read all the books. it is just amazing but i want you to connect me and help me to know more about their recent activities. I hop that you could help me. I am from the Philippines and currently a junior high student since we are advanced in our grades.. I'm really hoping that you could help me..

thank you.

The best place to go is the Twilight Saga Wikia. Angela@Wikia (talk) 01:16, February 9, 2010 (UTC)

Episode Edit

There's something I really want to add on the Rock N Rule episode page, but it won't Let's me add. How do I add?

If you mean this page, it has been locked so that very new people can not edit. However, you can leave a message on the talk page with the changes you would like to make. Or you can wait a few days and edit some other pages so that the page opens up to you. Angela@Wikia (talk) 10:22, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

Help with a question...

Hello Angela, I've left you a message in your user-to-user board about a question I wanted to make here. I'd like you to read it, please let me know what you think about it. I'd appreciate it. --Molokaicreeper 13:03, February 11, 2010 (UTC)

New Answers skin

Hiya, this interests me greatly. I've grown accustomed to "there's just the one Answers skin" I guess ;) I was just wondering a few things...

  1. Some UnAnswers users have expressed a desire for monobook (though I'm guessing this won't happen). It's not a great concern - they're using personal hacks to get close to the effect they'd like - but I just thought I'd ask if it's in the pipeline, so to speak.
  2. I've looked, with interest, at the new skin, but the inevitable question remains. Is it optional? / Is there an opt-out? While I haven't personally made my mind up yet, I'll have plenty of people to answer to (no pun intended!) soon enough.
  3. If it won't be entirely replacing the current wikianswers skin, will it be a Preferences deal or the same for everyone on that Q&A Wiki? (More wishful thinking, perhaps, but there are no limits when there's Uberfuzzy.)

That's all that comes to mind for now. Sorry for awkward questions and once again being a stick in the mud.

Cheers. A F K When Needed 14:10, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

There won't be an opt-out on a per wiki basis as it has been designed to be easy enough for new users. The current answers skin is likely to be dropped. Monobook is being phased out generally as Wikipedia is soon going to drop this skin in favor of Vector. Shahid is the person to ask about what options the new answers skin will include - I don't know if users will be able to select something else. Angela@Wikia (talk) 02:16, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
There are improvements in the new skin, but from a glance one can tell it still has a lot of work needed. One can expect that there won't be an opt-out. Wjxhuang, the 888th Avatar {Talk} 03:01, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
