Andrew Endicott is a character who is mentioned in the Fallout 3 add-on Mothership Zeta.

Background

Andrew Endicott was abducted by aliens from his home in Salem on May 17th, 1697. The town of Salem was a religious one, during the 17th Century several individuals were hung during the "The Witch Trials," this explains Andrew's initial belief of 'passing on' to the other side.
