The Ancient statuette.

The Ancient statuette was released with the PvP and Bounty world updates on 16 June 2009. This item is available as a drop from PvP and Bounty Hunter, replacing certain items that were removed from the drop lists (such as the Abyssal whip and the Dragon full helm), and is the most expensive ancient artefact. Players may sell this artefact to Mandrith in the Edgeville bank in Bounty Hunter worlds and PvP worlds or Nastroth in Lumbridge in PvP worlds, for 5,000,000 coins.

Warning: The Ancient statuette, having the highest High/Low Alchemy value in the game, is protected over all other items, including godswords and Spirit shields.

Trivia

  • Before the Patch notes update on 8 July 2009, the Ancient statuette was called Zaros statuette. It is likely this was changed to preserve Zaros's aura of mystery.
