Alisha Hammerson was a Human-appearing sophisticated Auton controlled by the Nestene Consciousness.

Circa the 1990s, she set up a new plastics factory that within six months dominated the plastics market with her company, Hammerson Plastics PLC. Gathering together leading figures (notably in the plastics industry). A biography was published, charting her success called simply Alisha, a book the Doctor found used too many semi-colons, a fact that first drew the Doctor's attention to the Nestene plans. On New Year's Eve, 1999, she planned to replace them with Auton replicas, in order that the Earth could be dominated and absorbed. The Doctor and Mel, gate-crashing the party, broke the Nestene link which de-activated her. (DWM: Plastic Millennium)
