Aleksandr Valeryevich Kharlamov (born September 23, 1975, in Moscow) is a former Russian ice hockey player who was a first-round pick of the Washington Capitals in the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. He is the son of the late Soviet hockey star Valeri Kharlamov.

He played several seasons in the North American minor pros as well as in Russian Leagues.
