Albrook, also Alburg or Albroog (アルブルグ Aruburugu), is a town in the game Final Fantasy VI. It is a port city.

Due to Albrook being the largest port on the Southern Continent, it was one of the first cities conquered by the Empire. Life quickly adapted to the Imperial presence, and security was very tight. None could enter or leave at will. The pub was always full of off-duty Imperial soldiers. It is Albrook where the Blackjack is landed during the raid on the Magitek Research Facility.
After the banquet with Gestahl, Terra and Locke come to Albrook to embark on their search for the Espers. General Leo would lead the expedition, and Shadow and Celes would accompany. During the night before departure, Locke tries to make up with Celes for not trusting her earlier, but she just runs away.
The Floating Continent hovers above Albrook once it becomes airborne.

Celes lands here on her raft after leaving the Solitary Island. She simply passes through. However, she hears rumors that someone "with the sparkle of her eyes" came by searching for his friends, which gives her hope that the others were still alive.
