The Alarm Clock can be found in Eblan, while additional others can be won from various enemies in the game, including Green Dragons and Eyewing Moths.

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

The Alarm Clock can be gotten from various enemies in the game, and is usually a very rare drop.

Final Fantasy XII

The Alarm Clock can be bought for 50 Gil at any shop, and heals the Sleep status to one ally.
