Alain Héroux (born May 20, 1964, in Terrebonne, Quebec) is a former professional left winger. He played junior hockey with the Chicoutimi Sagueneens of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He was drafted in the first round, 19th overall, by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. Heroux never played in the National Hockey League, however. He retired after just one full professional season in the American Hockey League with the Sherbrooke Canadiens.
