The Adamant knife is a member's only Ranged throwing weapon. The player must have at least 30 Ranged to wield this throwing knife. They can be obtained either by using the Smithing skill, as a rare monster drop or trading with another player. As they are one handed they can be wielded with a shield for protection. Adamant knives can also be poisoned This could be a alternative in PvP to the more expensive Rune knifes.

To create adamant knives the player must have at least 77 Smithing. Each adamant bar will create 5 adamant knives and the player will receive 62.5 Smithing experience.
