Aaron Ashmore played the role of Jimmy Olsen on the Smallville television series. Aaron is the brother of Shawn Ashmore who played the role of Iceman in the X-Men series of movies.

Adam West played the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne in the 1966 Batman televsion series, as well as the 1966 Batman movie. West also provided the voice for Batman on the New Adventures of Batman animated series and Super-Friends: The Legendary Super-Powers Show. He reprised his Batman role in two 1979 NBC television variety shows entitled Legends of the Superheroes and Roast of the Superheroes. He also played the role of Hercules one one episode of Shazam. In 2003 West starred in a comedic retrospective about the Batman TV series, in which he plays himself, entitled Return to the Batcave: The Misadventures of Adam and Burt. West also provided the voices of Simon Trent, the Gray Ghost, in Batman: The Animated Series and of Mayor Marion Grange in the 2004 animated program The Batman.

Clayton 'Bud' Collyer (1908-1969) portrayed Superman/Clark Kent in the 1940-1950 Mutual Broadcasting System radio program entitled Superman. During this time he also voiced the acclaimed series of Superman cartoons (1941 - 1943). Collyer again reprised his role in the 1966 Filmation cartoon television series The New Adventures of Superman.
Corey Burton provided the voice of Brainiac and others in the DC Animated Universe. He later reprises his role as Brainiac in Legion of Super-Heroes. He also voices Red Tornado, Silver Cyclone, and Thomas Wayne in Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
Dana Delany provided the voice for Lois Lane in the television series Superman: The Animated Series (1996-1999). Delaney also voiced Lois Lane during various episodes of the Justice League Unlimited animated series. She reprised her role in the direct to DVD movie entitled Superman: Brainiac Attacks (2006). She also provided the voice for Andrea Beaumont in Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.
Danny Dark (1938-2004) provided the voice for Superman/Clark Kent on the Super Friends animated television series. Danny passed away the same year as Christopher Reeve and Marlon Brando.
David Lodge provided the voice for Tharok on the Legion of Super-Heroes animated series.

As a cast member of Smallville, Durance was introduced to the viewers during the show's fourth season, where she was only credited as a guest actor. She joined the regular cast of the show the following season. A poll taken by the series Attack of the Show showed that Durance was considered as the Best Lois Lane. Durance also played the role of Krytponian villain Faora who had taken physical possession of Lois Lane in the Season 8 episode "Bloodline".

Lyle Waggoner played the role of Steve Trevor in the 1976 ABC television series The New Original Wonder Woman Which ran for one season. The show then switched over to CBS and Waggoner played the role of Steve Trevor, Jr., the son of the original. The show was retitled The New Adventures of Wonder Woman and lasted for two more seasons.
Lynda Day George played the role of Fausta Grables in the 1976 ABC television series The New Original Wonder Woman. Ironically, Lynda's character masqueraded as Wonder Woman who was played by Lynda Carter (same spelling).

Noel Neill became the screen's first live action Lois Lane in the Columbia serial Superman (1948). She reprised her role in the next Columbia Superman serial entitled Atom Man vs. Superman. In the 1950s, Noel replaced Phillis Coates, after one season, as Lois Lane in the television series The Adventures of Superman. Noel made a brief cameo appearance in the motion picture Superman: The Movie (1978) as the mother of Lois Lane. In 1991 she played Alexis in the episode Paranoia of the television series The Adventures of Superboy. She later made a brief cameo appearance in one of the American Express internet long-format commercials called Seinfeld and Superman. Her latest cameo was in the motion picture Superman Returns (2006) in which she plays a dying widow seduced by Lex Luthor.

Ted Knight (1923-1986) was the Narrator of the Filmation cartoons featuring DC Comics superheroes from 1966-1970. He later reprised his role as Narrator when the Super Friends animated television series debuted in 1973. He was also the voice of the Justice League of America's Trouble Alert computer in that series. Ted Knight is also the real name of the first Starman.
Tim Daly provided the voice for Superman/Clark Kent in the television series Superman: The Animated Series (1996-1999). Daly also voiced Superman for the video game Superman: Shadow of Apokolips (2002). He reprised the role in the direct to DVD movie entitled Superman: Brainiac Attacks (2006).
