Aberdeen was a city in Scotland.

Leela once referred to it as the "granite city", and the Doctor noted that in fact the granite emitted more radiation into the bodies of the residents of Aberdeen than would a nuclear power plant into its workers. (DW: Underworld)

Aberdeen was a city on Earth, located on the northeastern coast of Scotland.

Famed Starfleet officer Montgomery Scott spent a good part of his youth in Aberdeen. The Aberdeen Solution, an engineering feat performed by Scott refers to the city of Aberdeen. (TOS novel: The Kobayashi Maru) Scott would later recall the fog in the city, and that he was an old Aberdeen pub crawler. (TOS episode: "Wolf in the Fold")

When Caldos II was terraformed, it was engineered by design to resemble the highlands of Scotland. In keeping with the Scottish theme of the colony, many of the colony's buildings had cornerstones from buildings located in Aberdeen. (TNG episode: "Sub Rosa")

Aberdeen was a Scottish city in Great Britain on Earth.

Montgomery Scott lived in Aberdeen at some point in his life, possibly even being born there. (TOS: "Wolf in the Fold")

In his conversation with the Argelian Kara, he mentions he was an "old Aberdeen pub-crawler" as well as comments on the Aberdeen fog; however, this does not concretely indicate he lived there or was born there.

Tina Nuttol was born in Aberdeen in 2371. (Star Trek: Unity (fan film series))
