The Abadon is a flying insect enemy from Final Fantasy IX. It can be found inside Pandemonium. It is named after a demonic entity, said to resemble a locust, in the Biblical Book of Revelation.
It first appears as a boss in the "You're Not Alone" segment in Castle Pandemonium. Quina and Steiner are the initial fighters until Zidane joins them after a while.
