No.4 is the one on the very right.
When Maurice Jones finished the new developments opposite the terrace, the first owners of No.4 were newly wed Derek and Mavis Wilton. The biggest storyline involving the Wiltons was when one of Derek's prized gnomes, Arthur, disappeared from the front garden, Derek later found out that Norris Cole had stolen the gnome to get back at him for treating his first wife, Angela, badly. When Derek was killed in a road accident in 1997, Mavis decided to leave Manchester to start a new life in the Lake District, Fred Elliott bought the house and opened a Butcher's Shop. When Fred bought the Corner Shop, Fred asked Ashley to keep No.4 occupied while it was on the market, Ashley thought his 'uncle' was trying to buy him off because Fred was ripping off fellow pensioner Maud Grimes. At first Ashley refused but Maxine finally persuaded him. Ashley and Maxine didn't have a care in the world until Richard Hillman murdered Maxine in the Peacock's front room. In 2003 Ashley remarried to Claire Casey, and they had another child, Thomas (Later renamed Freddy). The biggest storyline to involve the Peacocks was when Casey Carswell set fire to the Peacock house to kill Claire. Freddy was later found with Casey. Threatening to jump off a balcony with baby Freddy, he was later returned.

In 2008, the Peacocks were in finacial problems and wanted to downsize house, the Websters wanted to upsize and eventually through a lot of quarrelling they house swapped. The Websters are the current occupiers of the house.
