Promotions and transfers

• United Earth Starfleet Captain Jonathan Archer appointed commanding officer of Enterprise NX-01; Vulcan Subcommander T'Pol transfers from Vulcan Consulate in San Francisco to Enterprise NX-01 to serve as executive officer, Vulcan liason. ^[2]
