200 million (200M) experience is the maximum amount that a player can attain in any given skill. The majority of players that have reached 200M experience have done so in either Fletching, Cooking, Firemaking, Thieving or Attack since these skills are often considered to be the easiest to gain experience quickly in. Other skills are often considered more difficult to train because they require more concentration, give experience slowly, or are more expensive to train. If a player has 200M experience in a skill, and another player achieves 200M experience in the same skill, the former will be ranked higher unless banned. With 200M experience in all skills a player would have 4,800,000,000 (4.8 Billion) experience, but no one has achieved this yet.
On 10 October 2006 Matt258 became the first player to get 200M in 2 skills. On 22 July 2008, YoGoSuN reached 200M in 3 skills. Gertjaars reached 200M in 4 skills on 24 December 2008 and on the same day passed Zezima as the player with the highest overall experience. On 16 March 2009, Gertjaars became the first person to reach 200M in 5 skills. Lover Romeo is the only player who is ranked first in two different skills at 200M. On 22 June 2009, Deja Vu Xiii became the first player to gain 200M in all melee skills.
As of 19 October 2009, 203 players have reached 200M in one or more skills; 158 players with 200M in 1 skill, 31 players with 200M in 2 skills, 12 players with 200M in 3 skills, 3 players with 200M in 4 skills, and 1 player with 200M in 5 skills.
