The 101st Tactical Wing was a Starfleet tactical wing that was assigned to the Scorpius Reach and were based out of Pharos Station in the late 2370s. (Star Trek: Daedalus)
In early 2377, Captain Christopher Mackenzie was appointed as commanding officer of the tactical wing with his flagship being the Galaxy-class USS Daedalus. At this time, the tactical wing was composed of around 35 different starships. ("Into the Reach")
Following the Daedalus's destruction in 2379, the Sovereign-class USS Monarch was assigned to the 101st as the new flagship. The Daedalus's replacement, the USS Daedalus-A, was later assigned to the fleet in 2381. ("The Light of Day")
